THE OPPORTUNITY

The land lots are mostly split level. They will be benched, with retaining walls in place before settlement. Calderwood is an urban growth area, neighbouring the established residential suburb of Albion Park, due west of the Shellharbour Airport. The location offers sweeping views nestled at the foot of the Illawarra escarpment and connection to a vast array of open space in the form of parks and natural conservation areas. Calderwood is located approximately 25 kilometres south of Wollongong and 10 kilometres west of Shellharbour City Centre.
The predominate development of Calderwood is “Calderwood Valley” with an established community of circa. 1,200 lots already delivered, of an approximately 6,000 lots in total. Yet to be built is an extensive array of social infrastructure and community facilities they include a neighbourhood shopping centre, a large site dedicated to a school, sporting facilities and open space.
